Where do these prices come from?
These are provisional WeddingChamps planning inputs supplied for this calculator, not independently verified market averages. Venue allowances use an emirate and season baseline for 80–500 guests. Other categories use a fixed starting input. Each line adds a planning allowance of −10% to +15%, rounded outwards to AED 100. This is not a statistical confidence interval.
No blanket style multiplier or promised discount is applied. Package inclusions, minimum charges, duration and tax treatment must be confirmed with suppliers. Current input version: 2026-09-14-preview-3.
Why do you need my wedding date?
Your wedding month determines which seasonal venue allowance we use. Select your planned wedding date to see an estimate; you can change it and recalculate later. If you don't have a date in mind yet, contact us to discuss your wedding plans. For the location, “open to suggestions” keeps the venue marked for an individual quote.
Can I budget for several wedding functions?
Record your main wedding here and add your other functions to the brief. Only the main wedding's selected services receive an allowance. The additional functions need separate quotes.
Is everything included?
No. The result lists selected services, known booked costs and items still to confirm separately. Registration, clothing, jewellery, travel and accommodation are excluded. Confirm whether a venue package already includes items such as cake, basic decor or coordination before adding a supplier.
